2)The Countries We Cover: We can ship to most main cities of countries that have DHL, Fedex, or UPS Express service. When the order has been disposed and shipped, we will inform you the tracking number by email. Then the customer can track status of the package.

3)Now we have five sculpturing and shipping methods to meet your need, the cost may different according to different priority. You can see the shipping option on shopping cart page to select the time frame to receive your item. We send photos to you during production for approval, if any delays in receipt of approval of the proof or changes to the proof are requested, additional time may be needed to complete the job. If you need the doll for a specific date, please tell us after order and allow more time then needed to ensure a prompt delivery in time for the event.

3.Priority Sculpting-Receive it within 15 days(Custom Bobbleheads Production Time + Shipping Time) and costs $32.9.

4.High Priority Sculpting-Receive it within 10 days(Custom Bobbleheads Production Time + Shipping Time) and costs $45.9.

5. Top Priority Sculpting-Receive it within 5 days(Custom Bobbleheads Production Time + Shipping Time) and costs $50.9.



1)Refunds Before Shipping

A. You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your bobbleheads and show you the first proofs.
B.Once we begin your order, and show you the proofs, only 50% of total payment refund if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.

2)Refunds After Shipping

If you not like the custom bobblehead when you get your package in hand within 24 hours, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.


Shipping Damage Claims - 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, Please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged, please send us photo and we will arrange Free Redo(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims, Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).
